Research on consumer acceptance in four European countries

At the 61st International Congress of Meat Science and Technology, 23-28th August 2015, Clermont-Ferrand, France the results were presented of the research project ‘Consumer acceptance of pork patties from entire male pigs in four European countries’. The research is part of the broad CAMPIG research.
